When I first decided to add article writing to submit to directories, one of the first things I did was to research methods of submitting articles. One of the ways was to use a service such as ArticleMarketer so that I could submit articles massively instead of going to each website and setting up accounts with 100's of them.

Does it deliver?

Yes. It took me a while to submit my first article correctly because I had to make sure that my Author box had the right amount of information and the right links. Once that was done I spent more time getting rid of links and email addresses from my article text so that more directories could accept the article. Then I finally submitted my article. A month later my main article title returned about 150+ hits. 2 Months after submission it returned 798 hits on Google. Very Nice.
 
I've since submitted another article in the same category and it returned 645 hits on Google. I then submitted another article, but this time it was under a different category then the ones I originally signed up with and that article name resulted in 398 hits.

I like how easy the process is. The website asks you for everything, and once you're ready to submit an article, they make a waiting period of about 3 or 4 days. This is good because often I'll return back to an article and edit it before it's submitted

I like the service over all, how it works, and how easy it is to submit the articles. I haven't found anything I particularly dislike. But I did notice that my articles did not show up on some of the large article directories on the net such as Goarticles.com. I had to create a few of the accounts myself and submit the article. I'm going to ask ArticleMarketer.com and find out if GoArticles is not one of the directories they submit to or if it was something else.
 

Suggestions

Article Marketer provides you with an option for lifetime membership, annual, and quarterly membership. I would recommend that when you first set up your account to select the categories that you're really going to focus on.
 

Would I Subscribe to it?

Yes for the price of $39.95 Quarterly its a good deal. It is a good way to receive free traffic, but I'm beginning to doubt if Search Engine Optimization wise these article backlinks even matter anymore. I'm glad to see Article Directories are getting more exclusive and that they want to focus on quality articles, but even if your article does show up on an Article Directory, it's not worth much. I'm still not seeing these article related backlinks show up on Google where it really matters.
